Subscription Refunds

- Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if no credits have been used
- Partial refund may be available within 7 days if minimal credits have been used (less than 10% of allocated credits)
- No refunds are available after the 7-day period or if substantial credits have been consumed
- Subscription cancellations after the refund period will stop future billing but maintain access until the current billing period ends
Credit System
Our credit system operates under the following principles:
- Credits are allocated on a monthly basis with your subscription
- Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
- Credits cannot be converted to cash or monetary refunds
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
Service Interruptions
In cases of service interruptions:
- Extended service outages (24+ hours) may qualify for credit compensation
- Credit compensation will be proportional to the duration of the service interruption
- Scheduled maintenance periods are excluded from compensation eligibility
